Tomas Isaksson - Venturi Wireless President and CEO
Tomas Isaksson brings to Venturi Wireless over 28 years of international telecommunications industry experience.  Before joining Venturi, Mr. Isaksson spent 11 years at Vodafone. Most recently, he was chief executive and chairman of the management board of Vodafone Netherlands, a subsidiary of the Vodafone Group. During his tenure at Vodafone, Mr. Isaksson served on the Verizon Wireless board of directors, was chief executive of the Americas Region and chief executive officer of Europolitan Holdings AB, a Swedish mobile operator.  Prior to joining Vodafone, Mr. Isaksson had a 16-year career at Ericsson where he held a number of senior leadership positions, including president and chief executive officer of Ericsson Radio Systems Inc.

Sam Kingsland- Granite Ventures
Sam Kingsland is a founding member of the Granite Ventures team and has focused his investments in communications and components technologies since the firm's inception. He joined Granite from Hambrecht & Quist's Venture Capital department.

Sam brings extensive experience working with emerging growth companies to the Granite team. Over Sam's sixteen-year career in the venture business, he has worked with more than 60 venture-backed companies and on more than 110 financings. Although Sam has focused on the communications sector for the past decade, during his career he has worked with early-stage companies in the software, bio-tech, healthcare, and consumer markets. Sam is the team leader managing Granite's relationship with Texas Instruments.

Sam led Granite's investments in DigitalThink (acquired by Convergys), NetBoost (acquired by Intel), Nexabit Networks (acquired by Lucent), Sierra Wireless (NASDAQ: SWIR) and SnapTrack (acquired by Qualcomm). He currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Fulcrum Microsystems, NetEffect, Top Layer Networks, Venturi Wireless and Zeugma Systems.

Sam holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College.

Dan Tompkins - Novus Ventures
The Novus founder, Dan draws on his senior-level experience in high-technology investing and industry financial management to provide leadership to the firm as Managing General Partner. He has early career experience as a Product Manager at Fairchild Semiconductor and ten years as a Chief Financial Officer in three Silicon Valley technology start-ups. He began investing as a Senior Vice President of Wells Fargo Investment Company, with early investments in Intel, Rolm and Storage Technology, among others. He later managed DSC Ventures for the Ray Noorda family for six years prior to founding Novus. Dan earned his BA and BSEE from Rice University and his MBA from Stanford University.

Doug Tsui - Horizon Ventures
Doug is a networking industry veteran with over 15 years of marketing and business development experience. He has broad knowledge and investment experience in the data networking, multimedia, and Internet Infrastructure area.

Doug’s prior operational roles included serving as VP of Marketing for Precept Software, a network video software company which was acquired by Cisco Systems in 1998. He was also VP of marketing and business development for First Virtual Communications. Prior to FVC, Doug was a senior executive for four years at Cisco Systems in product marketing, business development, and major accounts. Prior to Cisco, Doug held marketing and technical management positions at 3Com/Bridge Communications and Hewlett-Packard.

Doug has funded and worked with numerous high-tech startup companies as an angel investor. He has served on the Board of Directors of AudioTalk, a leading Internet voice company which was acquired by HearMe; Vertex Networks, an Ethernet switching chip company which was acquired by Mitel Corp. and was also an early investor and advisor for other networking companies such as Rapidstream, Amplify.net and Centrum Communications which was acquired by 3Com.

Doug holds a B.S.E.E. degree from the University of California , Berkeley and a MBA degree from Santa Clara University . He is the past president and board member of the Asian Americans Manufacturer's Association (AAMA) and a current board member of the Hong Kong-SV.com organization.
