Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Software Tools Engineer to join our growing Engineering team.
This position will be responsible for driving the development of tools that are vital to the software
engineering process, measurements, and product quality.
Responsibilities:
|
Create and maintain the tools used for development and automated tests
|
|
Create and maintain the tools used to track and measure code quality
|
|
Managing the code streams of our product
|
|
Maintain and improve the continuous integration of the code
|
|
Suggest and implement process improvements
|
Required Qualifications:
 |
5+ years experience in handling product with multiple code streams
|
 |
Experience with Linux and delivering products on Linux
|
 |
Knowledge of various scripting languages (Perl, Python)
|
 |
Proven track record of involvement with software product development from conception to commercial deployment
|
 |
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and demonstrate excellent problem solving skills
|
Desired Qualifications:
 |
Experience in developing apps for the iPhone and Android
|
 |
Experience in developing/maintaining Software testing automation frameworks
|
 |
Detail oriented and methodical engineer with excellent verbal and written communication skills
|
 |
Knowledge of CVS, Atlassian Jira, Fisheye, Coverity, parabuild tools
|
 |
Ambitious self-starter with a get-it-done attitude who strives for results and performs well under pressure
|
Education Requirements:
BSCS/EE or equivalent experience
