Tomas Isaksson - President and CEO |

Tomas Isaksson brings to Venturi Wireless over 28 years of international telecommunications industry experience. Before joining Venturi, Mr. Isaksson spent 11 years at Vodafone. Most recently, he was chief executive and chairman of the management board of Vodafone Netherlands, a subsidiary of the Vodafone Group. During his tenure at Vodafone, Mr. Isaksson served on the Verizon Wireless board of directors, was chief executive of the Americas Region and chief executive officer of Europolitan Holdings AB, a Swedish mobile operator. Prior to joining Vodafone, Mr. Isaksson had a 16-year career at Ericsson where he held a number of senior leadership positions, including president and chief executive officer of Ericsson Radio Systems Inc. |

Zohar
Fuchs - Vice President of Sales and Business Development |

Zohar
Fuchs is responsible for business development and OEM sales
at Venturi Wireless. Zohar brings to Venturi over 10
years of executive management experience in mobile Internet
services and emerging data markets. Prior to joining
Venturi, Zohar served as AVP of Mobile Internet Services at
Comverse where he led product development and drove business
initiatives with mobile operators such as Verizon Wireless,
T-Mobile USA and MetroPCS. Previously at Comverse, Zohar
was AVP of Operations in the Mobile Data Division. Before
Comverse, Zohar served as VP of Customer Service for Exalink
Division and held multiple management roles at Compaq.
Zohar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
from Ben-Gurion University. |

Eddie Singh - Vice President of Engineering |

Eddie
Singh leads Venturi's Engineering group and has over 20 years
of experience in the telecommunications industry with extensive
expertise in broadband data, video and wireless communications
technologies. At Openwave, Eddie was responsible for managing
the industry leading WAP gateway product line which generated
a multi year, multi hundred million dollars revenue stream
for the company. He also led the company strategy development
for IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) and was responsible for
the product development of broadband aggregation routers and
wireless access gateways. He was instrumental in the creation
and development of the Cisco Service Selection Gateway (SSG)
and Cisco Mobile Exchange (CMX) architecture. At NYNEX, he
developed an end-to-end video communications solution for
offering broadcast, interactive and video on demand services.
Eddie holds a M.S. degree from the State University of New
York at Stony Brook. |

Nate
Habash - Vice President of Worldwide Operations |

Nate
Habash leads Venturi’s Worldwide Operations group with
responsibility for customer support, sustaining engineering,
quality assurance, and information technology. Nate brings
over 20 years of customer support and project management experience
in the telecommunications, networking, manufacturing and financial
services industries. Prior to Venturi, Nate served in
a variety of related roles, including Director of Technical
Operations at Longboard, Director of Technical Support at
Telesys Software, Director of Information Services at Nortel
Networks and Manager of Customer Support at Bay Networks.
Nate began his career installing and maintaining central office
equipment while at Northern Telecom. Nate holds a B.S. in
Computer Information Systems from Bennington University. |

Chico
Jayanthan - Vice President of Product Management |

Chico
Jayanthan brings over 17 years of wireless industry expertise,
working with wireless operators in US, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Venturi Wireless, Chico was VP of Product
Management at Openwave where he managed Mobile Advertising
and On Device Portal product lines. Before Openwave, Chico
was VP of Product Management at InnoPath where he managed
the Over the Air (OTA) device management products to mobile
carriers and handset manufacturers. Previous to InnoPath,
Chico was Director of Products and Services at Vodafone where
he managed development and deployment of Vodafone's first
Mobile Web platform in Asia Pacific. Chico holds a B.S. in
Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University, a M.S.
in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at El Paso,
and a M.B.A. from California State University at Hayward. |

Aleks
Rabrenovich - Vice President of Finance & Administration,
Chief Financial Officer |

Aleks Rabrenovich brings 20
years of financial management experience to Venturi Wireless.
His business background encompasses corporate finance, public
offerings, and financial information systems. At Venturi Wireless,
he leads the company’s financial, HR and IT activities.
Before joining Venturi Wireless, Aleks served as CFO of NativeMinds,
a privately-held natural language search company where he was
instrumental in negotiating and completing the acquisition
of NativeMinds by Verity, Inc. (NASDAQ:VRTY). Before NativeMinds,
Aleks served as vice president of finance at Covalent Technologies
and participated in closing multiple rounds of debt and equity
financing. He also held various financial management positions
at Corio, (NASDAQ:CRIO), Navigation Technologies (NYSE:NVT),
The Ask Group (acquired by Computer Associates), and Compaq
Computers (in Munich , Germany). Rabrenovich holds an MBA from
San Jose State University.
